One good bathroom deserves another!
We completely rehauled the bathroom including new pipes and walls so we were able to start fresh!
We started with moving the shower frame to the end of the room, this gave us a lot more room to play with for the toilet and sink area and made a lot more sense for the placement of the door.
We got new Kohler plumbing fittings throughout and between these and Delta I have become reasonably brand loyal for metalware.
We continued the Victorian tile themes with clean white subway tile and a black and white Basketweave on the floor and the Shower wall.
Some simple dark bathroom furnishings were reasonably priced at Wayfair, easy enough to replace if the tenants damage them.
