Under the deck there’s an open terrace space for the rental leading into the backyard.
The kitchen looks so shiney and white with all the new fittings.
In the bedroom more Brooklyn brick, lots of window space and brand new aircon for those sticky “smells like hot garbage” New York summers.
We’re happy to say we have new tenants and suddenly my mortgage doesn’t seem anywhere near as daunting!
